A lot has changed since 53 Catering got started. The size of the events, the people we serve, and the way the company operates have all grown over time.

A chef-prepared buffet, fully staffed, timed to your reception. One coordinator handles the quote, the deposit and the day.
Salad, fresh rolls, two entrées, two sides, dessert and drinks. Around 100 guests is our average, and wood-fired pizza and appetizers are easy add-ons.

Drop-off trays for a team lunch or full service for a company party. We scale from 10 to 1,000+ without changing our standard.

Delivered to your SLC, PVU, HCR or OGD on four hours’ notice. No minimum order.
